Data we process

When you book, your data (name, contact details, dates of stay) is processed by our booking engine Beds24 and then by our hotel management system, solely to manage your stay and meet our legal obligations (including guest registration and tourist tax).

When you email or call us, we only use your details to reply to you.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking tools.

The Beds24 booking engine may use technical cookies required for booking.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your stay and our legal retention obligations (notably accounting) require.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by emailing info@hoteldesalpesbulle.ch.
